The annual SCAPT Bus Road-e-o provides excellent Driver and Aide training. By participating in the Road-e-o and becoming a member of SCAPT, you will be taking that first step of furthering your career in transportation! Prep for Real Life Challenges

TheRoad-E-O skills events help prepare you for real life challenges while driving the school bus route. You also receive equipment training and strategies for working with students with disabilities.

 

A fun day of team work and transportation education with a group of people that is passionate about school busses is a great way to collaborate with other districts. In  addition to the education and experience, you also have the opportunity for competition and state “bragging rights.”

Cash Prizes & Recognition

SCAPT honors the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners in two categories, Regular Education and Special Needs with a check. The winners receive 1st -$200, 2nd-$150, 3rd- $100. Plus the 1st place winners gets a paid trip to compete in the National School Bus Competition.

 

Our 1st place Special Needs Team competed in Texas in the nationals and placed 5th. They were also given the opportunity to attend events at the national conference. Truly and amazing opportunity!
