Past-President's Message

"As I reflect on my time as President of South Carolina Association for Student Transportation, I'm reminded that our greatest asset has never been our buses, facilities, or equipment.  It's our people.

Every day, transportation professionals across South Carolina make a difference in the lives of students.  From administrators and supervisors to mechanics, dispatchers, office staff, and drivers, each role plays a vital part in ensuring students arrive safely and ready to learn.

The challenges we face are real, but so is our commitment, resilience, and dedication to service.  Leadership is not just managing operations.  It's about investing in people, encouraging growth, and creating a culture where every team member knows they are valued.

As we continue moving our profession forward, let's remain focused on safety, excellence, and supporting one another.  Together, we don't just transport students.  We help shape their journey each day.

Thank you for your leadership, your service, and your unwavering commitment to South Carolina's students.

Stay safe, stay focused, and continue leading with purpose."
