for Pupil Transportation is pleased to announce the following keynote speakers to our 40th Annual Conference at Myrtle Beach.


Dr. Linda Bluth will be a keynote speaker at the SCAPT Conference.  Dr. Bluth has over 45 years of experience as a Special Education and is on of the nation's leading authority in the Special Needs Transportation arena.  Dr. Bluth will be speaking on July 14th and 15th.  One day conference registration is available. 

Mr. Gary Moore will also be a keynote speaker on July 14.  Mr. Moore is one of the nation's leading authorities on Emergency Response and Active Shooter trainer involving school bus transportation.  He is a 29 year veteran of the Missouri Highway Patrol and currently serves as the Safety Coordinator for the Missouri Center for Education Safety.

For one day registration to hear these speakers go to the 2015 SCAPT Conference page and click on the "Single Day Registration".   You do not have to be a SCAPT member to attend.  Individuals working with Special Needs students and Law Enforcement are welcomed to attend.
